The Texas Hill Country Fly Fishers is excited to announce Oktoberfisch 2025.

This year, we’re bringing the event back to its roots—more river, more fellowship, and a laid-back weekend of fly fishing in the Hill Country's S. Llano River, Junction Texas.

Event Details:

• October 10–12, 2025
  (Main Event: Saturday, October 11)

• HEADQUARTERS - Morgan Shady Resort, Junction, TX
  ($5 Daily Park Entry Fee required for non-registered guests)

• Registered Attendee, event registration fee includes the park entry fee.

What to Expect:

• Saturday is the main event, but the park is available Friday-Sunday so plan to come for the full weekend.

• Local guides and seasoned anglers sharing tips and answer your questions

• Explore the art of Fly Tying

• Learn the basics of casting a fly rod 

• Plenty of room to explore, fish, and relax along the South Llano River

• A special fishing mini-event: Panfish Bingo — grab a bingo card, fish your way through the squares, and earn bragging rights (plus a few prizes)

• Laid-back riverside camping and casting opportunities
